Who can register and use PayConstruct?

Individuals above 18 years of age, businesses (including sole proprietorships and partnerships) registered charities and associations can register with PayConstruct.

What documents are required?

• Individual customers will require full KYC (proof of ID and address) in order to sign up.
• Corporate customers require proof of address for the business and an ID copy of a director.
• Both types of customers will also be required provide KYC/KYB on the party receiving the funds before being able to transact.

How much does it cost?

PayConstruct is completely FREE to sign up and use. When transacting you will be quoted a final converted amount so you know exactly how much foreign currency you will receive for your funds, with no hidden fees whatsoever.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can transact?

The smallest amount you can trade is any currency equivalent of $50,000. There is no limit on the maximum amount to be converted. Corporate clients are able to transact in the tens of millions without a problem.

How long do I have to transfer my funds?

Once an order is placed you will be required to transfer or deliver your funds within 30 minutes. You will also be required to upload a proof of payment in the form of a deposit slip from the bank, or a screenshot from your online banking.

How long does it take for my funds to arrive?

Funds can typically be delivered from 1 to 3 business days depending on a number of factors including timeliness of instruction.

How can I track my funds?

PayConstruct platform provides notifications via email and SMS of the updated status of your funds transfer along the way. So you can have peace of mind knowing where your funds are at all times.

What countries can I send funds to?

We can send money to most countries around the world, except where there are special restrictions imposed by our network of banks for that country.
